Rebecca Wray

Managing Director, Coach & facilitator

With over 15 years of experience in senior roles across the catering, retail, and pharmaceutical wholesaling and distribution sectors, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She founded her own business to follow her passion for Leadership Development, working extensively with senior leaders to navigate the ever-changing world of business and education.  Being a sucessful business owner herself, she brings a commercial understanding to the work she does, always ensuring time together is impactful and purposeful.

Rebecca is dedicated to providing bespoke solutions for her clients, collaborating closely with both them and the RWCC team. Outside of work, she volunteers as a Puppy Raiser for Guide Dogs, so if you’re lucky, you might get to enjoy some puppy cuddles during your sessions!

Fiona Flemington

Fiona has been a vital part of RWCC since 2015, working closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals. Her unique coaching style combines the latest leadership insights, expert knowledge, and a healthy dose of challenge, encouraging clients to think differently and gain clarity. 

With over 30 years of experience across various industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Education, Insurance, Medicine, Construction, and Professional Services, Fiona brings a well-rounded perspective to every client interaction. In her free time, Fiona enjoys swimming outdoors at her local loch, reading and volunteering at her local primary where she helps the children with their reading and learning. 

Rob Moors

Since joining RWCC in 2023, Rob has earned a reputation for delivering thought-provoking sessions that truly engage our clients. His extensive experience and relaxed style perfectly complement our informal, modern learning environment, which is driven by skilled facilitation and curiosity.

With over 23 years in Senior Leadership roles within People, L&D, and Leadership Development teams at organisations like the NHS, TalkTalk, and Sky, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. And don’t be surprised if you see his best bud, Skyla the Vizsla, under the desk during coaching sessions – she’s there to make sure Rob sticks to his schedule and doesn’t forget her walks!

Neil Lewis

Neil is our newest associate at RWCC, bringing a wealth of experience from his background as a technical trainer and senior leader. Following his qualification as a coach in 2021, recently, Neil has delved into the study of empathy, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. This deeper exploration into the root causes of behaviour has sparked his passion for personal exploration, reflection, and well-being.

Neil is a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation and a certified teacher in both Dru and Restorative Yoga.  These disciplines have significantly enhanced his journey of self-reflection, discovery, personal effectiveness, and resilience resulting in him successfully publishing his own book on the topic.   A self-confessed travel enthusiast, you’ll never be short of holiday recommendations working with Neil!

Steve has over 25 years working for a Global commercial operator at leadership levelJoining early 2022, his role is to manage the financial side to the business, working with the team to ensure timely response with attention to detail.  Aa a passionate DIY’er there is no problem Steve can’t fix in one way or another!
